Cancellation & Returns

Elev8 Hockey regrets that once a booking has been made we are unable to provide a refund. This is due to the financial commitments undertaken by Elev8 to ensure camps can go ahead.
Where notified in advance, we are are able to offer credits for bookings made, as follows:

15 days or more before event start date:

Full credit will be offered for use towards future events.

14 days - 8 days before event start date:
-
50% credit will be offered for use towards future events.
​
Notification 7 days or less before event start date:
-
No credit will be offered.
​
Note: The relevant date to calculate the amount of credit is the start date of the overall event, not the specific day a player is attending. Credit will be valid for 12 months.
Adverse Weather
Pre-Event​

Make sure you enter your email address correctly on the sign-up form as this will be our primary method of communication. If you do enter the wrong email address, please get in contact so we can update our records.

Add elev8hockey@gmail.com to your email safe list to ensure our communications do not end up in your spam mail folder.

The week leading up to the event we will be monitoring the weather and we will always send out a pre-camp email 48 hours before the camp date. If you do not receive this email please get in contact.

Day of Event

Where the forecast means there is a risk of pitches being frozen or other severe weather, we will attend the pitches for an examination on the morning of the camp. In the case we feel it is unsafe, we will send out an email around 1 hour before the camp is due to begin, to advise of the situation. If you do not receive an email, please assume the event will be going ahead.

If Cancelled​

If weather conditions prevent the event going ahead we will automatically defer places to a future event. This will be communicated via email within 7 days of the event cancellation. If you do not receive this email please get in contact.
